A leading specialty door manufacturer is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to keep our production equipment operating safely and efficiently. If you have a strong electrical and mechanical background and enjoy troubleshooting industrial machinery, wed like to hear from you.
What Youll Do:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair manufacturing equipment including press brakes, CNC lasers, welding machines, and other production machinery
Perform preventive and emergency maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, motors, and machine components
Work with 3-phase electrical systems
Maintain maintenance logs and ensure replacement parts and tool inventory are up to date
Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and support continuous production
Qualifications:
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
Strong knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems
Experience troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment
Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
