Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- Previous experience working with students across K–12 settings (grades K–5, 6–8, 9–12)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and support staff
- Comfortable delivering both group and individual therapy sessions
- Experience with IEP development, implementation, and documentation
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students in elementary, middle, and high school
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEPs
- Offer direct and consultative SLP services in classroom and pull-out settings
- Maintain thorough and accurate records in line with school and professional standards
- Engage and support families in their child’s progress and strategies for success
