Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled TMA Driver to join our construction team, specializing in highway maintenance. As a TMA Driver, you will be responsible for operating various heavy equipment and trucks to support the safe and efficient execution of our Sweeping projects. Your role is vital in ensuring smooth traffic management, site safety, and timely delivery of materials. This position offers an energetic environment where your mechanical skills and TMA experience will contribute directly to the success of our infrastructure development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage traffic control devices such as Traffic Management Attachments (TMA), ensuring proper placement and removal to facilitate construction activities
- Conduct routine inspections of heavy machinery and trucks to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Follow all safety protocols related to heavy lifting, manual handling, and machinery operation to maintain a secure work environment
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment usage and support highway maintenance efforts
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on heavy equipment
- Construction site experience with a focus on civil infrastructure projects including highway maintenance and utility work
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely over extended periods
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation in a construction environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL certification preferred but not mandatory

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
