What you’ll do
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Manage floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping management team to uphold service excellence and efficiency.
- Utilize industrial cleaning techniques and janitorial experience to tackle various cleaning tasks effectively.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained for optimal performance.
- Address guest requests promptly and courteously, enhancing their overall experience.
- Conduct routine inspections of rooms and facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
Basic qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable.
- Proven custodial or janitorial experience in commercial settings.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
