Automotive Floor Salesperson
Location: Santa Ana, CA (On site) | Type: Full Time | Salary Range: $50,000 - $120,000 a year
(Salary Range Wage includes Base Hourly Compensation of $16.50 plus available performance bonuses and commissions)
As a Floor Salesperson, you’re one of the most important positions at the dealership for our customers, because you will most likely be the first way they experience Guaranty Chevrolet. We’re looking for a team player with an outgoing, friendly, customer-service approach to selling vehicles.
This is a great entry point for a career with us, for someone who already has customer service or a general sales background (like electronics, appliances, real estate, B2B, marketing, etc.)
Responsibilities:

Bring a great attitude and desire to be part of an outstanding team

Follow up on guests who have not purchased yet, and reach out to them, see if we can set an in person appointment to better assist in their selection
- Become a product expert on all of our vehicles

Upon selling vehicle, follow sales process and delivery process for the best customer experience we can possibly offer

Continue training and self-improvement to become the best professional salesperson

Requirements:

Full-time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old

A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
