JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you a personable and dependable creative looking for a role where you can learn new skills, work independently, and make a meaningful impact?
We are hiring a Part-Time Real Estate Photographer / Creative Specialist to serve clients throughout the Winchester area.
Previous real estate photography experience is not required. Some photography, videography, hospitality, sales, or customer service experience is helpful, but finding someone with the right personality and work ethic is more important to us than finding someone with a polished portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Travel to residential properties that require real estate marketing services.
- Operate cameras and other video equipment during shoots, ensuring high-quality footage is captured.
- Upload all media at the end of the day. No editing is required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Previous photography/real estate photography experience is not necessary.
Schedule and Availability
This is a part-time position averaging approximately 25 hours per week.
Candidates should have:
- Full-day or sufficient partial-day availability Monday through Friday
- Occasional weekday evening availability for twilight appointments
- Occasional Saturday availability
- No regular Sunday availability required
- No availability required on major holidays
- Flexibility to support appointments when client demand changes
Weekly hours and appointment times may vary based on business needs, property schedules, and client demand.
Most travel will typically be within approximately 30 to 60 minutes of your home. Some assignments may be located up to approximately 60 miles away, and training may occasionally take place farther than the typical service area.
A significant amount of driving is involved, so a reliable vehicle is required.
CompensationTraining and Introductory Period
- Paid training during the 30-day introductory period
- $25 per hour during training
After Successful Completion of Training
- $27 per hour
- Mileage reimbursement of $0.50 per mile
After Obtaining an FAA Part 107 Certification
- $30 per hour
- Mileage reimbursement of $0.50 per mile

MUST HAVES
- Licensing: a valid drivers license
- Customer Service Skills: experience working with customers in a professional manner with a friendly, personable approach
- Transportation: reliable vehicle - 2018 or newer with 4WD or AWD (we don’t stop shooting in the winter!)
- Organization Skills: must be punctual with all required timelines

- Ability to Take Direction: listening to and/or reading instructions and following through to achieve client satisfaction

- Reliable High Speed Internet for uploading the media after a shoot
- Live within 20 miles of Winchester for easy commute to locations
- Able to pass a background check upon offer of employment.
Physical Activities
- Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
- Adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions
- Repeating motions that may include the arms, wrists, hand, and/or fingers
- Operating light machinery and/or electronic equipment
- Assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned
- Driving to complete job duties, walking and standing for extended periods of time
