Ness Logistics Corp is a FedEx linehaul contractor offering W-2 employment — so you get the stability of working for us, backed by the volume of the FedEx network. We run wild team runs, which means miles can vary week to week — but we stand behind our drivers with a guaranteed minimum of $1,650 per driver per week, as long as all offered loads are accepted. PAY & BENEFITS
- $0.90 CPM with a guaranteed minimum of $1,650/wk per driver (when all offered loads are accepted)
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus — paid $2,500 at 6 months, $2,500 at 12 months
- Safety Bonus — up to $500 per quarter ($2,000/yr max) for maintaining a clean, safe record
- Longevity Bonus — starts after year 1 and grows every year, up to $5,000/yr at year 5 and beyond

BONUS PROGRAMS – THE DETAILS
Sign-On Bonus — $5,000 Total
We reward drivers who stick around. The sign-on bonus is paid in two equal installments:
- $2,500 at 6 months of service
- $2,500 at 12 months of service
Safety Bonus — Up to $500 Per Quarter
Stay safe, stay clean, get paid. Drivers who maintain a safe record earn up to $500 every quarter — that's up to $2,000 per year just for doing your job right.
Longevity Bonus — Grows Every Year
The longer you stay, the more you earn. Our longevity bonus starts after your first year and increases annually, rewarding drivers who build a long-term career with Ness Logistics. Call us to learn more about the full program details.

Note: If you need a predictable, rigid schedule, these runs may not be the right fit. If you want to maximize earnings and don't mind going where the loads take you, the upside is real.

REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 21 years of age
- At least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience
- Doubles/Triples endorsement required (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
- Must pass DOT physical, drug screen & background check
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (W-2 position)
