Department Description
The Digital Marketing Department is for creating and maintaining client relationships through outstanding customer service and effective marketing campaigns, leading to increased business for our clients. This department implements and optimizes campaigns for our clients that help produce the volume of quality leads necessary for their success. Although basic strategies exist for most of the brands we work with, it takes work to optimize the campaigns for their local areas and needs. A Campaign Coordinator plays an important role in maintaining campaign health, identifying optimization opportunities, and ensuring campaigns are running efficiently according to established key performance indicators (KPIs).
Job Description
Campaign Coordinators are responsible for the technical execution, monitoring, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads. Launching effective marketing campaigns that lead to increased business for clients.
This position is primarily focused on hands-on campaign management and performance optimization. The role works internally with marketing and strategy teams and does not manage client relationships or conduct direct client communications.
The Campaign Coordinator performs the following tasks:
- Launch and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads based on approved strategies.
- Collaborate with the Creative/Strategy Department to create marketing campaigns and strategies that align with brand guidelines.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust based on established KPI thresholds.
- Utilize the REACH platform to regularly and accurately record campaign activity, updates, and performance insights.
- Using the Campaigns Report, complete campaign checks regularly and make necessary optimizations to campaigns to ensure they are running smoothly and producing leads.
- Read, understand, learn, and apply the brand guidelines and REACH Agency’s internal process materials.

The Person for the Job
Campaign Coordinators understand that they play an important role at Reach Agency in supporting the performance of client marketing campaigns. They are hardworking, detail-oriented, analytical thinkers who enjoy working with digital advertising platforms and data.
They work well with other team members to bring these campaigns to fruition. They demonstrate strong organizational skills and are capable of managing multiple campaigns while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
They are proactive in identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance and take the initiative to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
Qualifications
- Excellent ability to work in a detail-oriented and organized manner.
- Excellent teamwork ability and proven ability to coordinate with multiple teams, collaborate with peers and leaders to resolve challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal collaboration, documentation, and reporting
- Familiarity with Google and Meta Ads platforms is a plus

The employee must be able to operate a computer. The job requires familiarity with computer use, including word processing, email, G-Suite, web browsing, use of cloud-based and locally-installed applications, and learning to use new applications.
