We manage rentals, sub-rentals, and servicing of high-end cinema lenses for production companies, cinematographers, and other rental houses. Our team works closely with clients to provide reliable equipment and support for film and television productions.
Responsibilities
The Rental Agent will be responsible for coordinating client rentals from start to finish.
Duties include:
- Communicating with clients regarding rental inquiries, quotes, and availability
- Preparing rental orders and ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete
- Coordinating pickups, returns, and shipping logistics
- Checking in and out equipment, logging details in rental software
- Communicating with technicians to ensure gear is serviced and ready before rentals
- Maintaining accurate records of orders, inventory, and client accounts
- Assisting with sub-rentals and coordinating with partner rental houses
- This role works directly with rental agents, cinematographers, assistants, and production teams on active rentals.
Qualifications (Must Have)
- Cinema equipment rental experience
- Knowledge of cinema lenses
- Comfortable with rental management software (training provided if needed)
- Ability to handle multiple rentals and deadlines at once
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented approach
