Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and market analysis to expand the company's client base in the aggregate hauling sector.
- Manage and nurture existing customer accounts by providing tailored solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts, demonstrating strong sales negotiation skills and a deep understanding of business development strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our aggregate hauling services, utilizing marketing insights and technology sales techniques.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce and other sales management systems to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and operations to develop targeted campaigns that increase market penetration and brand awareness.
- Close deals efficiently by managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting through contract signing, ensuring alignment with enterprise selling standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales within a corporate or enterprise environment, preferably in logistics or heavy equipment industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Demonstrated success in business development, account management, and deal closing activities.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms; familiarity with sales management systems is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of technology sales, software sales, or related technical products is a plus.
- Excellent analysis skills for assessing market trends and customer needs to develop strategic approaches.
- Experience in the aggregate hauling or construction materials industry is preferred but not required.
