- Schedule: The schedule is Event Dependent. Typically, Tuesday – Friday 9:30am – 4:30pm, Some Saturdays (Event Dependent)

The Main Attraction:
- Responsible for production of food according to menu specifications and quantities necessary. Manages preparation of specific cuisine daily including but not limited to hot prep, cold prep, and banquet production, and ensures excellence in products.
- Actively demonstrates skills in banquet and catering areas to execute Catering Event Orders
- Assists in the development of custom banquet menus and requests from Catering Manager
- Organizes and Updates Catering Event Orders to reflect most current Guests/Group needs
- Assists with ordering food products for banquet events and kitchen supplies, collaborating with the Catering and Events Manager
- Actively demonstrates proper food handling and cooking methods for producing excellent food products for our Guests
- Ensures quality specifications for inventory of ingredients are being met daily. Corrects the item and informs the Kitchen Manager when quality is not acceptable
- Tastes all elements of the menu regularly to ensure quality and taste profiles are correct along with visual checks for proper plating and appearances
Experience and Education / Requirements:

At least One Year (1 yr.) of previous bar and/or restaurant experience required
- High School diploma or GED Preferred
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Dependable transportation and childcare
Physical Demands: Must be able to perform a variety of physical activities including, but not limited to, standing for long periods of time, climbing, walking, bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting up to 55 lbs.
Compensations: $15.00-$20.00/Hour
