A&L Delivery Inc. is actively hiring dependable, safety-focused Delivery Drivers to join our FedEx Ground team.

No CDL is required. Previous delivery experience is a plus, but we provide paid training for qualified applicants.

Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company-provided FedEx delivery vehicle
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers
- Load and unload packages throughout the day
- Follow GPS navigation and assigned delivery routes
- Complete delivery scans using a handheld device
- Lift and move packages weighing up to 150 pounds with a hand truck when needed
- Follow all FedEx, DOT, and company safety procedures
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
Typical routes average 100 stops and approximately 70 miles per day.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and DOT physical
- Able to lift and move packages throughout the day
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Delivery experience with FedEx, Amazon, UPS, DHL, USPS, or other delivery companies is preferred but not required.
Schedule
Choose from one of the following full-time schedules:
- Tuesday through Saturday
- Sunday through Thursday
- Start time: 7:00 AM
- Typical shifts: 7–9 hours
