Residential Service - HAC Technician | $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Pay based on experience + spiff opportunities + additional oncall compensation
Schedule: Monday through Friday | Oncall rotation every 5th week, with a 10:00 p.m. cutoff.
Work Hours: 7:30am - 4:30am
Position Overview:
- Troubleshoot, maintain, service, and repair residential HVAC equipment

Perform annual / routine maintenance
- Advise homeowners on repair solutions, system upgrades, indoor air quality (IAQ) products, and replacement recommendations

Deliver exceptional customer care and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of residential HVAC service experience

Formal HVAC training
-
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

EPA Certification

Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand/power tools

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
