Requirements:
✔ Must be 18 years of age or older
✔ Clean driving record
✔ Must be able to pass a DOT physical
✔ Must pass a DOT drug test
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
✔ Ability to work safely in a physically demanding outdoor environment
✔ Willingness to learn new skills and grow with the company
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience operating skid loaders, man lifts, chainsaws, Stump grinder or other equipment
- Tree service, landscaping, construction, or forestry experience

Schedule:
- Full-time seasonal position
- Typically four 10-hour days per week (mostly Monday–Thursday)
- Workdays may vary Monday–Friday depending on weather and workload
- Winter hours may be reduced due to weather conditions, temperatures, and workload
- Emergency and storm response work is part of what we do, and on-call availability for storm and emergency work is required

Pay is based on experience between $20-$25 an hr to start and performance raises as soon as 30 days after hire date!
