What You'll Do
You'll run service calls, build real rapport with customers, diagnose issues accurately, and present solutions with clarity and confidence — in the home, the right way. We need someone genuinely experienced in:
- Drain clearing & repair
- Water leak detection & repair
- Water heaters — tank & tankless (tankless a strong plus)
- Repipes and general plumbing troubleshooting
- Presenting repair options and closing the sale without pressure
- Delivering 5-star customer experiences that earn reviews and repeat business

Who We're Looking For
You're a fit if you:
- Have 5+ years of hands-on service plumbing experience (this is non-negotiable)
- Know how to sell the right solution without pressure — integrity first
- Diagnose accurately and communicate clearly and confidently
- Take real pride in your craft and your callbacks are rare
- Own your results — no excuses, no victim talk
- Have a valid AZ driver's license, a clean driving record, and can pass a background check (you'll be in a company truck)
- Show up on time, ready to work and ready to grow
