What You'll Do
As an Assistant manager your primary responsibility is serving both our customers and your teammates.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting every customer with energy and enthusiasm
- Processing customer transactions
- Safely loading vehicles into the wash tunnel
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment
- Supporting teammates and helping create a positive team culture
- Taking ownership of challenges and finding solutions
- Assisting site manager with scheduling
- Identifying and reporting operational issues
- Participate in with Daily, Weekly and Monthly Preventative maintenance
- Read 4 major leadership books required in our Career Plan

Compensation & Benefits
- $15.00–$18.00 per hour plus commissions
- Most team members earn an additional $2+ per hour through commissions
- Top performers are on pace to earn $50,000–$70,000 annually through hourly pay and commissions

Requirements
- Open availability required
- Minimum 1 year of assistant manager experience in similar field
- Desire to grow into leadership roles
- Ability to work outdoors and remain active throughout your shift
- Strong awareness of your surroundings and commitment to safety
- Ability to climb ladders when needed
- Professional, clean-cut appearance
- Must be at least 18 years old

60% Customer Interaction
20% Site Upkeep (Cleaning/Maintaining)
10% Bending/Stooping/Twisting/Lifting
10% Opening/Closing Procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
