Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring properties affected by water, fire, mold, and other damages. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in various environments. Your expertise will help us provide exceptional service to our clients while ensuring their properties are cleaned and restored to their original condition.
Responsibilities
- Perform water damage restoration tasks including extraction, drying, and dehumidification.
- Conduct fire restoration services including smoke removal and structural cleaning.
- Execute mold remediation processes to ensure safe and healthy environments.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for various restoration tasks effectively.
- Clean carpets and upholstery as part of the restoration process.
- Follow safety protocols during asbestos abatement when necessary.
- Build and repair structures as needed during the restoration process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout all projects.
- Communicate with clients regarding the status of their restoration projects.
Skills
- Proficiency in water damage restoration techniques and equipment.
- Knowledge of fire restoration methods and safety practices.
- Experience with mold remediation processes is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with asbestos abatement procedures is a plus.
- Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong skills in using hand tools for repairs and restorations.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
