Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, versatile IT Contractor to bridge critical functions across our Information Security and Help Desk teams. In this cross-functional role, you will provide comprehensive tier-level technical support, resolve service desk tickets, and maintain network monitoring and reporting systems. On the security front, you will assist in documenting incidents, managing system vulnerabilities, and ensuring strict compliance with established regulatory guidelines and IT policies. This position requires an individual with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in IT security and support environments who can collaborate seamlessly across teams while executing independent technical tasks with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
Experience in information security related support.
Experience in helpdesk related support.
Experience with Microsoft server and workstation operating systems.
Experience with Microsoft O365 products.
Experience with incident reporting and support ticketing systems.
Experience with network and computer security testing tools.
Experience reading and interpreting security logs and reports.
Experience working with Tenable and Splunk.
Associate’s degree or current certifications within information technology.
Pay: $65,000.00 per year
