Job Summary
- Salary range: $120K-$150K base + commission (OTE $240K–$320K)
- Work arrangement: Remote
- Travel: ~30%, depending on deal cycles and customer engagement

About the Role
We are seeking a hunter-minded, enterprise seller who is energized by building from scratch, landing lighthouse accounts, and writing the playbook.
You will own the entire sales cycle: identifying opportunities, engaging key decision-makers, navigating complex buying centers, and closing high-impact deals. You'll work directly with the CEO and leadership team, supported by a solution architect.
What You’ll Do
- Open doors and win strategic, enterprise-level accounts in industrial sectors like manufacturing, energy, water, and critical infrastructure.
- Identify, engage, and influence key stakeholders including CISOs, OT security leaders, plant managers, and IT/OT executives.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Build your own battle cards, discovery templates, and messaging, based on real market feedback.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to tailor solutions and activities to attract additional customers and address their needs.
- Travel as needed to build relationships, present in person, and close deals.
- Serve as the voice of the US market, providing feedback to shape product direction, pricing, and GTM strategy.
- Play a key role in growing the US sales organization, with potential to take on leadership responsibilities as we scale.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record of winning enterprise deals.
- Hunter mentality: self-starter.
- Experience selling cybersecurity, resilience, or industrial tech solutions to enterprise customers.
- Ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders, from plant floors to the C-suite.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel as much as needed to build trust and close business.
