Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic HVAC Lead Installer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure that each project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. As a leader on the job site, you will coordinate with team members, interpret schematics and HVAC design plans, and troubleshoot complex mechanical systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your technical skills while guiding projects from start to finish in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Lead the installation of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, gas and oil furnaces, mini-splits, heat pumps, electric air handlers systems, unit heaters, and commercial package units.
- Supervise and coordinate field service activities, ensuring all work complies with safety standards and industry regulations.
- Operate a Box truck vehicle safely to transport equipment and materials to job sites while adhering to all traffic laws.
- Maintain detailed documentation of installation processes
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC installation technician
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (*must be 21 yrs or older to operate vehicle).
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and team-lift heavier equipment
- Willingness to work overtime
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug testing

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
