We're excited to welcome one or two Registered Dental Assistants to our friendly, patient-focused pediatric dental practice in the heart of Sammamish, WA!
For the past seven years, we've proudly provided exceptional dental care to children in our community. We're looking for compassionate, enthusiastic team members who enjoy working with children and are passionate about creating positive dental experiences. Whether you're an experienced dental assistant, a recent graduate, or an international dental student seeking mentorship, we'd love to hear from you. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training and support your professional growth every step of the way.
Position Details
Schedule
- Full-time: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Part-time option available: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Flexible scheduling available
Compensation
- $22.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)
Responsibilities
- Assist the pediatric dentist with chairside procedures and treatments.
- Take dental X-rays and assist with other diagnostic procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to infection control protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Communicate warmly and professionally with patients and their parents or guardians.
- Work collaboratively with the dental team to provide outstanding pediatric dental care.
- Help create a positive, fun, and welcoming environment for every child.
Qualifications
Required
- Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the State of Washington.
Preferred
- Previous dental assisting experience is a plus, but not required.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- International dental students seeking mentorship are welcome.
