About the Role
We’re looking for energetic, outgoing, and festive performers to join our team as Elf Actors / Christmas Experience Ambassadors in Baltimore.
You’ll be the heartbeat of the venue—welcoming guests, keeping energy high, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a Christmas memory they won’t forget.
Working Hours
- Weekdays: 5:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Weekends: 1:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Team members who are able to work all available scheduled time slots (both weekdays and weekends) will receive a Christmas bonus at the end of the event run.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform as an elf character, fully embodying the Christmas spirit.
- Greet guests warmly and assist with ticket scanning and check-in at entry.
- Control, engage, and energize the crowd in a fun, friendly, and inclusive way.
- Host and participate in interactive Christmas-themed games, including trivia and group activities.
- Encourage guest participation and create a welcoming atmosphere for all ages.
- Confidently speak to guests one-on-one and over a microphone when needed.
- Support overall event flow by helping guide guests and keeping areas tidy.
- Collaborate closely with event managers and staff to ensure a smooth experience from entry to last call.
- Maintain safety, professionalism, and positive energy, even during peak attendance periods.
About You
- Not shy—you enjoy interacting with people and working a crowd.
- Passionate about making others happy and spreading joy.
- A strong ambassador of the Christmas spirit.
- Confident speaking to groups or using a microphone.
- Flexible, playful, and able to improvise naturally.
- Reliable, punctual, and calm under pressure.
- Enjoys festive, high-energy environments.
- Previous acting, event, bar, or entertainment experience is a plus, but enthusiasm matters most.
Requirements
- Ability to stay energetic and engaging throughout the event.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, crowded environment.
- Strong people skills and emotional intelligence.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be based in or able to work in Baltimore, MD.
