Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for performing various aesthetic services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform a range of esthetic services, including facials, body waxing, and dermabrasion treatments.
- Utilize straight razors for precise hair removal as required.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare products and routines.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment to meet health standards.
- Assist in sales of skincare products and services to enhance client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide the best possible service.
- Must be active on social media to promote oneself to build clientele.
Pay Structure
- High Commission Based Pay Only (No Hourly Pay)
- Receive Commissions on Product Sales as well.
- Keep 100% of your tips.
Requirements
- Valid esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
- Experience in body waxing, lashes and brows, and product demos is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with scheduling systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.
