As a Showroom Sales & Design Consultant, you’ll help customers bring their dream spaces to life through personalized design support and expert guidance. From color selections to product recommendations, you'll be the face of the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one design consultations in our showroom
- Ask questions to understand customer needs, goals, and style
- Recommend materials, colors, and layouts using samples and inspiration tools
- Build meaningful, lasting relationships with every customer
- Stay current with design trends, materials, pricing, and installation knowledge
- Maintain showroom appearance and assist with daily operations (phones, samples, organizing, opening/closing)
- Handle multiple customers and priorities at once with professionalism
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for design, creativity, and problem-solving
- Experience in customer service, retail, or sales
- Team player who’s reliable, adaptable, and collaborative
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to lift and move product samples as needed
- Bonus: background in design, home improvement, or the tile industry

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
