Small family-oriented trucking company looking for drivers to go short haul 450 miles to 550 miles per day, mostly no touch freight. Drivers must have 2 years Class A CDL experience. Drivers are home most nights and weekends averaging 5-6 nights/year in a hotel as company trucks are day cabs. Drivers are assigned a daily dispatch and experienced drivers are able to complete the dispatch in an average of 12 hours. Drivers pay is percentage based with a minimum of $320/day the first year with increases to $360/day after one year and $400/day after 3 years. ($83k-$124k/year) Work week is 5-6 days per week, Monday thru Saturday with a reset every Sunday. Drivers are given additional compensation of $50 for snow chaining, above & beyond minimum pay as well as detention pay at $30/hr when applicable. Drivers are paid weekly. Driver's health, dental & vision insurance is paid 100% by company. Six paid holidays per year. Our drivers are the best in the industry.
