Dental Assistant (Full-Time)

Creative Dental is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and energetic Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our family-owned practice. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, works well in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional dental care.

What You'll Do
- Assist the dentist during a variety of general dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure patients are comfortable
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
- Take digital dental X-rays (certification required if applicable)
- Chart treatment and maintain accurate patient records
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Manage operatory setup and turnover efficiently
- Work closely with the clinical team to provide an outstanding patient experience
Qualifications
- Dental Assistant experience preferred
- Current dental radiology/X-ray certification
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Dependable, professional, and eager to learn

- Dental assisting: 1 year preferred
License/Certification:
