We are a fast-growing custom closets and cabinetry company serving homeowners throughout the Valley. We specialize in designing beautiful, functional custom closets, garages, home offices, pantries, entertainment centers, and more.
We're looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. Closet design or sales experience is required—we provide paid training to teach you our products, design software, and sales process.
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners in our showroom and in their homes.
- Design custom storage solutions that fit each client's needs.
- Prepare and present proposals and pricing.
- Follow up with leads and build strong customer relationships.
- Work with our design and production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred (home improvement, cabinetry, kitchens, flooring, furniture, or similar industries is a plus).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Comfortable learning design software and measuring spaces.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
