We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide essential support to patients and nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care in a Nursing Home setting. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing patient comfort and assisting with daily living activities.
Duties
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care procedures and health status.
- Utilize electronic health record systems like PCC for accurate documentation of patient information.
Skills
- Familiarity with home community care practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact empathetically with patients and families.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while maintaining professionalism at all times.
