Job Details
- General maintenance of rental units (cleaning and painting)
- Minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and repair power machinery
- Maintain grounds (mowing, spraying, fertilizing, and chemical week control)
Job Requirements
- 2+ years in Maintenance, repair, electrical, plumbing, and grounds-keeping work
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to follow directions
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of power tools and hand tools
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
