Job Title: HR Business Partner / HR Generalist (Contract)
Location: Tucson, AZ (Hybrid – onsite a few days per week preferred)
Duration: 3–4 Months (Leave Coverage Assignment)
Pay Rate: $35–$40/hour
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced HR Business Partner / HR Generalist to provide immediate support during a leave coverage assignment. This contract role will manage day-to-day HR activities, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations for a primarily U.S.-based workforce. The ideal candidate can quickly step into an established environment, work independently, and provide hands-on HR support with minimal training.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR generalist and business partner support to assigned employee groups.
- Partner with managers on employee relations, performance management, and workforce matters.
- Support daily HR operations and ensure continuity during leave coverage.
- Coordinate recruiting activities and collaborate with internal talent acquisition teams.
- Maintain compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations while managing HR data and transactions in SAP SuccessFactors.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of HR Generalist and/or HR Business Partner experience.
- Experience supporting business leaders in a fast-paced, structured environment.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR best practices, and employment compliance.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is required.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
