Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Are you a compassionate and motivated RBT looking to make a meaningful impact? We're seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team and provide one-on-one ABA services to children and families in the Frostburg, MD area.

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the home and/or community setting.
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
Collect accurate data and complete session documentation.
Communicate effectively with caregivers and the clinical team.
Maintain professionalism and adhere to BACB ethical standards.
Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain certification if applicable)
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes in the Frostburg area
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for working with children and helping them achieve meaningful progress
