Harrisburg Connect, a sales and development firm, is seeking an Entry Level Verizon Representative to design seamless connectivity solutions for Harrisburg through Verizon’s cutting-edge Wireless and FiOS. The Entry Level Verizon Representative will engage with our customers to understand their needs, whether it’s lightning-fast wireless service or the unmatched reliability of FiOS fiber optics.
As an Entry Level Verizon Representative, you’ll help our customers discover how Verizon Wireless keeps them connected on the go while Verizon FiOS brings reliable speed into their homes. Through in-person sales conversations, the Entry Level Verizon Representative offers customers the right mix of Verizon Wireless plans and Verizon FiOS packages without overwhelming them with the technicalities.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Verizon Representative
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the ideal Verizon Wireless phones and Verizon FiOS internet and TV services.
- Drive sales by presenting the benefits of Verizon Wireless plans and Verizon FiOS high-speed internet for seamless home and mobile connectivity.
- Assist customers in selecting the best combination of Verizon Wireless devices and Verizon FiOS packages tailored to their lifestyle.
- Support sales growth by helping customers upgrade to newer Verizon Wireless phones and faster Verizon FiOS speed tiers.
- Turn basic interest into active sales accounts through clear talking skills, a professional presentation, and quick follow-ups.
- Achieve strong sales results by creating positive experiences that lead to higher sales of Verizon Wireless and Verizon FiOS solutions.
Qualifications of a Entry Level Verizon Representative
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to simplify product information and guide customers confidently.
- Motivation to exceed sales goals by driving upgrades and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to adapt sales messaging to resonate with diverse customers in Harrisburg
- Confidence in presenting solutions that highlight Verizon’s reliability and superior speed.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
