M. Jayson Lawncare is seeking a highly organized and motivated Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations and support the continued growth of our company. The ideal candidate will have experience in the landscaping industry, strong leadership skills, and working knowledge of LMN software.
Position Summary
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, scheduling crews, coordinating customer service, overseeing administrative functions, and ensuring efficient workflow across all departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day business operations.
- Utilize LMN software for estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and job tracking.
- Coordinate and manage crew schedules to ensure efficient route planning and timely service delivery.
- Monitor job progress and ensure quality standards are met.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding scheduling, concerns, and service requests.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation.
- Work closely with ownership to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support company growth.
- Manage billing, invoicing, and administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure crews have the necessary equipment, materials, and resources to complete jobs successfully.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience using LMN software (required).
- Minimum 1 year of operations or management experience in the landscaping industry (required).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and team management preferred.
