Medical Biller
Pay: $22.00–$26.00 per hour

About Us
We are a busy, patient-focused chiropractic office seeking an experienced Medical Biller to join our team. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently while maintaining excellent communication with our staff and insurance companies.

- Wednesday
- Friday
- Full-time, daytime hours
- No weekends
Responsibilities
- Submit electronic insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner
- Follow up on unpaid, denied, or rejected claims
- Post insurance and patient payments
- Review Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits as needed
- Work accounts receivable and collections
- Maintain accurate patient billing records
- Communicate professionally with insurance companies and patients regarding billing questions
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain confidentiality
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of medical billing experience required
- Chiropractic billing experience is preferred use Chirotouch software is used in this office
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and insurance claim processing
- Experience working with commercial insurance, Medicare, and personal injury claims is a plus
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation
- $22.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on experience
