We are seeking an energetic and experienced Front Desk Associate to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide prompt, professional assistance throughout their stay
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries, reservations, and guest requests
- Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring all billing details are accurate and complete
- Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records
- Provide comprehensive guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering local recommendations
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming atmosphere
- Collaborate with hotel management to ensure seamless operations and uphold high standards of hospitality management
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a front desk associate or in a similar hospitality role with hotel management responsibilities
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally and courteously
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is essential
- Experience with night audit procedures and guest relations enhances your candidacy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette
- Previous hotel experience in resort or hospitality environments is preferred
