Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients via outbound calls, cold calling, and follow-up communications to generate new business opportunities in the automotive industry.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline by tracking prospects using CRM software and managing ongoing customer relationships.
- Conduct B2B sales discussions with dealership partners and other business clients, negotiating deals that align with company goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Present high-end vehicle options confidently through phone etiquette, public speaking, and personalized consultations to maximize deal closing potential.
- Upsell additional products or services such as vehicle accessories, maintenance packages, or extended warranties to enhance customer value and increase revenue streams.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support inventory management, inventory control, and retail math calculations necessary for effective deal structuring.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, managing customer relationships professionally, and supporting ongoing marketing efforts to attract new clients.
- Utilize CRM systems for accurate record keeping, follow-up scheduling, and sales reporting to optimize outreach strategies and improve overall performance.
- Support dealership sales team management by assisting with inventory management tasks and ensuring seamless communication across departments.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales within the automotive industry or retail environment is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in deal closing, upselling, and managing a sales pipeline using CRM software or similar tools.
- Strong negotiation skills complemented by excellent communication skills and phone etiquette to engage customers effectively.
- Experience with dealership operations, inventory management, retail math, and automotive sales processes is advantageous.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases effectively; multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior public speaking or retail sales experience will help you excel in presenting products confidently and building rapport quickly.
- Organizational skills combined with outbound sales experience will enable you to manage multiple prospects efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
