Dream On Me is currently seeking a full time accounts payable entry clerk. This individual should possess confident social and organizational skills. This job requires constant interaction with customers and co-workers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to this position. Prior familiarity with accounting software is preferred and the candidate must feel comfortable working among a team in a computerized accounting environment. 1:1 Training is provided to all new employees.
Job Responsibilities:
Receive, enter and process supplier invoices in to the accounting system
Prepare supplier invoices for payment. Entering payments in to the system
Accounts payable and credit card entries and employee expenses.
Maintain vendor files and assist with accounting files
Record remittances and maintain all records pertaining to payments.
Process bank deposits and post payments.
Assist with credit card and bank reconciliations.
Ensure Timely and accurate payment to vendors.
Assist in other departments as needed/requested by Management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
