We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Bilingual Medical Assistant (English/Spanish) to join our busy medical practice. No experience is required—we are happy to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and enjoys helping patients.
Responsibilities:
- Room patients and prepare them for their appointments
- Obtain and document vital signs
- Create and update patient charts
- Enter and reconcile medications
- Process prescription refill requests
- Send laboratory orders
- Obtain prior authorizations for medications
- Complete forms for providers and staff
- Assist with other clinical and administrative duties as needed
- Provide excellent patient care while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Compassionate and empathetic toward patients
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Dependable, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Medical Assistant certification is a plus
- No experience necessary—we will train the right candidate
