Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, governance, and adoption of Artificial Intelligence solutions across a diverse portfolio of businesses. This role will serve as the organization’s subject matter expert for AI technologies, helping transform traditional business processes into intelligent, automated, data-driven workflows using leading AI platforms such as Anthropic and OpenAI, among others.
The AI Solutions Architect will partner with business leaders and technology teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation, reduce manual operational effort, improve decision-making, and establish scalable AI frameworks that deliver measurable business value.
What You’ll Do
AI Strategy & Innovation
· Develop and maintain the organization’s AI roadmap and implementation strategy.
· Evaluate emerging AI technologies, platforms, and industry trends.
· Identify high-impact opportunities to leverage AI across business functions.
· Serve as the primary advisor on AI architecture, governance, and best practices.
· Lead AI proof-of-concepts and pilot programs through production deployment.
Solution Architecture
· Design enterprise-grade AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and automation technologies.
· Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions leveraging organizational knowledge bases and proprietary data.
· Design multi-agent workflows and autonomous business process automation solutions.
· Create scalable AI reference architectures and standards.
· Establish AI security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
Integration & Development
· Integrate AI platforms with enterprise systems including:
· Microsoft 365
· Azure
· Power BI
· ERP systems
· HRIS platforms
· POS systems
· CRM systems
· Custom business applications
· Design and oversee API-based integrations.
· Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
· Support deployment, testing, monitoring, and optimization of AI solutions.
AI Governance & Security
· Develop AI usage policies, standards, and operational procedures.
· Ensure responsible and secure use of AI technologies.
· Establish controls for data privacy, access management, and model governance.
· Monitor AI system performance, costs, risks, and adoption metrics.
· Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and organizational requirements.
Business Partnership
· Conduct AI readiness assessments across departments.
· Translate business requirements into AI-enabled solutions.
· Present recommendations, roadmaps, and ROI analyses to the Director of IT.
· Drive organizational AI adoption through training and change management initiatives.
Qualifications
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
o Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Experience
· 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise technology, software development, data engineering, or related disciplines.
· 3+ years of experience designing and implementing AI, machine learning, or advanced automation solutions.
· Experience with enterprise-scale technology environments.
· Demonstrated success delivering complex technical projects from concept through production.

Pay: $90,422.49 - $108,895.91 per year
