We are seeking motivated, bright and enthusiastic individuals who love cannabis and helping others to join our amazing dispensary team. OLCC Worker Permit required.
Budtender responsibilities include:
- Maintaining an understanding of and following OLCC regulations
- Checking customers' identification documents to verify that they are of legal age
- Providing customers and patients with an exceptional cannabis buying experience
- Properly following cash handling procedures
- Accurately maintaining product inventory counts
- Ensuring that the dispensary is clean and well-organized at all times
- Following standard security protocols
- Adapting to new technology and procedure changes
Prior experience in the cannabis industry is not required. Must be able to stand for long periods. Basic mathematics skills. Critical thinking/problem solving skills.
Applicants with computer skills/administrative skills will be given priority along with those available to work nights and weekends. Potential for advancement for employees who demonstrate the right skill set.
References are required.
