Duties
- Assist bartenders and servers by restocking supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages promptly to maintain smooth service flow
- Clear and bus tables efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and organization in dining areas
- Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, equipment, and trash with safe lifting practices
- Support food runners by delivering food orders swiftly from the kitchen to guests’ tables while maintaining food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of bar and service stations through regular cleaning and sanitizing of surfaces and utensils
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service needs and guest requests in person
- Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, adhering to food safety guidelines
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; a positive attitude is essential
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with team members and guests
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and basic food preparation techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout shifts

Pay: $16.94 - $17.38 per hour
