We're a structural engineering firm based in Newark, Ohio with a focused practice spanning commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. We're looking for an Engineer in Training who's serious about the path to licensure and wants to work somewhere that will actually invest in getting you there.

What we're looking for:
- BS in Civil or Structural Engineering, EIT certification in hand
- Working knowledge of Revit and/or AutoCAD
- Familiarity with structural analysis and design principles
- Someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and wants to build a career — not just fill a seat
This isn't a production role. You'll work alongside experienced engineers on real projects, ask hard questions, and develop into someone who can lead them.
