ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a boutique, owner-operated non-medical home care agency serving affluent families in Franklin County — Dublin, Upper Arlington, Bexley, New Albany, and Worthington. We are different from franchise agencies in one specific way: we guarantee our clients the same 1–2 caregivers every visit, and we pay our caregivers the highest rates in Franklin County to make that possible.
We are growing and need a Community Liaison who already has relationships inside the Franklin County healthcare ecosystem — or who is willing to build them. This role is 100% commission, designed for someone with an existing network or the credibility to build one fast: former discharge planners, social workers, healthcare reps, senior living marketing directors, or nurses looking for flexible income.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build and maintain referral relationships with hospital discharge planners and social workers (OhioHealth, Mount Carmel, Nationwide Children's referral partners)
- Meet with geriatric care managers and elder law attorneys in the Dublin, Upper Arlington, and Worthington corridors
- Represent our agency at senior living communities, healthcare networking events, and professional associations
- Follow up on inbound referrals and convert qualified leads to signed care agreements
- Provide weekly referral pipeline updates to the owner
- Attend 2–3 in-person relationship-building meetings per week (no cold calling — relationship-first approach)
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or relationship-based selling (home care, senior services, healthcare, luxury services, or similar preferred)
- Strong ability to build trust quickly with family decision-makers
- Comfortable with commission-only compensation structure
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and high accountability
- Existing network in Franklin County / Central Ohio healthcare, legal, or senior care ecosystem is a strong plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Professional presence and emotional intelligence when dealing with sensitive family situations
You are a strong fit if you have any of the following:
- Current or former hospital discharge planner, care coordinator, or medical social worker
- Healthcare sales background — pharmaceutical rep, medical device, senior living marketing
- Geriatric care manager or case manager with existing referral relationships in Franklin County
- Registered Nurse or LPN looking for flexible supplemental income
- Deep personal or professional network in the Dublin / Upper Arlington / Bexley community
You are NOT a fit if you are looking for a salaried position, if you have no existing connection to the healthcare or senior care community, or if you cannot commit to at least 8–10 hours per week of active relationship-building activity in the first 90 days.
Compensation
- 100% Commission-Based (Uncapped Earnings Potential)
