About the Role
We're hiring an Assistant Project Manager to help coordinate residential and commercial painting projects from start to finish.
This position works closely with our Project Managers, office staff, crews, and customers to ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
This is not a sales position. Instead, you'll focus on communication, scheduling, coordination, and supporting production operations.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate painting crew schedules and project start dates
- Order paint, materials, and supplies for upcoming projects
- Prepare project packets before jobs begin
- Communicate with homeowners regarding scheduling and project updates
- Update project notes, photos, and job status in the company CRM
- Support Project Managers with daily operations
- Help keep projects organized, efficient, and on schedule
- Work closely with crews to ensure they have everything needed for success
What We're Looking For
- Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced construction environment
- Previous construction, trades, or office coordination experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
