Position Details
- Starting Pay: $19–$22/hour
- Service Areas: Merced, San Joaquin, and Stanislaus Counties
- Setting: In home, In school and In Daycare. * The majority of our clients receive in-home services; however, we also provide some in-school and in-daycare services.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients, primarily in home.
- Implement behavior intervention plans under clinical supervision.
- Support skill development in communication, social, and daily living areas.
- Collect data and collaborate with supervisors and care teams.
- Continue building your expertise through ongoing training and mentorship.
What We’re Looking For
- Active RBT certification (required)
- Passion for working directly with children and families.
- Patient, reliable, dedicated and eager to learn.
- Strong commitment to professional growth.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proof of education, current auto insurance, and immunization records.
- Must be able to perform essential work duties such as lifting, squatting, and sitting on the floor for extended periods of time.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds as part of daily job duties.
- Ability to complete:
- TB Test
- Live Scan (FBI/DOJ background clearance)
- CPR Certification
