Duties
- Assist in the preparation of construction sites for concrete pouring, including site cleanup and setup.
- Pour and finish concrete according to project specifications.
- Operate various tools and equipment related to concrete work, ensuring proper maintenance and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met.
- Monitor the quality of materials used and report any discrepancies or issues.
Experience
- Previous experience in a construction role is preferred, particularly in concrete work.
- Familiarity with construction site operations and safety regulations is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on collaboration and communication.
