Anderson Construction Group Inc. (ACG) is hiring an Assistant Site Supervisor to join our team on high-end residential construction projects on Long Island.
- One position covering our North Shore Nassau County projects (Roslyn, Old Westbury, Sands Point, Port Washington area).
Anderson Construction Group has been building custom homes on Long Island since 1956. We deliver some of the best residential and commercial projects on the North Shore and in the Hamptons.
This is a career-track role. We are looking for someone who wants to grow into a Senior Site Supervisor position with us.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day field operations of 1–2 construction projects at a time under a Senior Site Supervisor
- Schedule subcontractors and hold them accountable to the project schedule and ACG’s quality standards
- Ensure all work is executed per plans, specifications, and shop drawings
- Enforce jobsite safety — conduct daily safety walks, weekly toolbox talks, and safety inspections
- Work hand-in-hand with the Project Manager and Owner to execute the project
- Maintain daily logs, photo documentation, and field reports in Autodesk Build and CompanyCam
- Track material deliveries, punch list items, and RFIs
- Represent Anderson Construction Group on-site in a professional manner with clients, architects, and inspectors
Qualifications:
- 1-3years minimum experience as an Assistant Site Supervisor on high-end residential or commercial projects (required)
- Working knowledge of Autodesk Build (or Autodesk Construction Cloud) and CompanyCam a plus
- Strong eye for finish detail, jobsite organization, and quality control
- Comfortable managing subcontractors, holding the schedule, and communicating with ownership
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required — jobsites are spread across Long Island)
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
