American Traveler is hiring a Home Health Occupational Therapist for a West Portland, OR area assignment requiring an active OR OT license and 1+ year of skilled home health experience.

Home health setting serving West Portland, OR and surrounding areas

Day shift schedule, 8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
-
1:1 patient ratio with up to 6 patient visits per day

Standard productivity expectation of 30 points

No weekend requirement

No on-call requirement
-
No floating between like units required

Charting completed via EPIC Remote Client for Home Health (laptop) and Rover phone app, with Oasis documentation

Block scheduling not accommodated

4x10 or 3x12 schedules cannot be accommodated

Daily travel radius may reach up to approximately 60 miles, with total drive time of 60-90 minutes

System groups clients to help minimize drive and windshield time

Business casual attire required; scrubs allowed but not mandatory, no jeans permitted
