We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner
- Make outbound calls to customers to schedule, confirm, and follow up on air conditioning maintenance services
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Enter customer data and update customer accounts in our database
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improving our products and services
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our company, products, and industry trends
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle escalated customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services
- Proficient in data entry and computer navigation
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desired
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional phone etiquette
