Estimator / Assistant PM – Industrial Painting & Blasting
Location: Goose Creek, SC
We are a growing industrial painting and blasting company seeking a detail-oriented Estimator / Assistant PM to join our team in Goose Creek. This Estimator / Assistant PM role is ideal for someone who can accurately bid projects while also supporting project execution from start to finish.
This position plays a key role in both the pre-construction and project management phases, working closely with clients, field crews, and leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Estimator / Assistant PM will be involved in both estimating and field coordination efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate estimates and bids for industrial painting and blasting projects
- Review blueprints, specifications, and scope of work
- Assist Project Manager with scheduling, job tracking, and coordination
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and field teams
- Track project costs, materials, and labor to ensure profitability
- Support job site operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in estimating and/or project coordination (industrial or construction preferred)
- Knowledge of industrial painting, sandblasting, or coatings is a strong plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
